Donation Guidelines 

Food Donations

• What: See Donation Requests graphic above
• Where: Family Services and Choice Food Pantry 14 W lakeview Ave, Columbus, OH 43202
• When: Drop off during service hours. Please let us know if you'd like a receipt. 
  • 14 W Lakeview building, M-F 12pm - 4pm
  • 3222 N High St building (outside on picnic tables), M-F 9am - 5pm

Financial Donations

Financial donations can be made online, dropped off in-person, or mailed to CRC's administrative office, 3222 N High St, Columbus, OH, 43202. Donations are tax deductible.
