Stephanie Baker is a previous resident of Erie, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Westminster College in 2005 with a BA degree in Sociology. Prior to becoming CRC's Executive Director, she served as the Associate Director, and before that, she served as the Youth Services Coordinator. Before moving to Columbus, Stephanie worked at a residential treatment center for teenage girls in Erie, PA. She also has a great deal of experience volunteering with many different youth programs. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work at The Ohio State University.

Robyn is an LISW-S with over a decade of experience in community based case management with the aging population. She was introduced to Social Work when she first joined CRC in 2007 as a bus driver for Senior outings and later worked as CRC's Transportation Specialist.

She knew she wanted to get her social work license and began studying at OSU to get her MSW. She left CRC in 2011 and spent 8 years working for the Franklin County Office on Aging doing Elder Abuse investigations. Robyn graduated from the OSU College of Social Work with an MSW in 2012 and then from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs with a Master’s in Public Administration in 2016. Upon her return back to CRC she then worked as CRC's Senior Outreach worker, Senior Supportive Services Director, and then finally, Associate Director.

“I am so happy to return to my roots at CRC as I have lived in the Clintonville neighborhood for 15 years and we recently purchased a new home for our growing family.” Robyn has three children: Jack, Alice, and Marian. They enjoy trips to the library, arts and crafts, and family bike rides in the neighborhood.

Justin graduated from The Ohio State University in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelors in Social Work. Justin was a site supervisor for the summer lunch program and started working with the Family Services in the summer of 2014. He started working with our Senior Supportive Service’s Personal Finance Management clients in December of 2014. In September 2019, he became the Crisis Desk Worker, returning to work with Family Services.

Debra attended the Ohio State University School of Social work, graduating in 1986 with an MSW.  She started out as a therapist at Worthington Community Counseling Services and then later worked as a Treatment Team Social Worker at St. Vincent's Children's Center, serving hearing impaired children and their families. "I have always loved mathematics and so was delighted to find a job offering the chance to combine that with social work" In the Fall of 2019, Debra began working at CRC as a Personal Finance Management Outreach Worker. In 2022, Debra became CRC's Senior Supportive Services Director!

Nicole earned her BA in Entrepreneurship from Miami University of Ohio. After serving a year with AmeriCorps VISTA at CRC, she became an employee in 2020. From there, she held two simultaneous roles as the Development Assistant and Youth Worker for CRC's Kids Club. In 2021, she swapped out her Youth Worker role to become CRC's Grants Manager while continuing her additional role as the Development Assistant. She stepped into her current Development Director role in 2022.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, William moved to Columbus in 2021 to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA for Village in the Ville. Since then, he had the opportunity to serve as a CRC Grant Writer, Village in the Ville’s Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Associate Director, and now Program Director. Williams' passion for social justice was ignited by his experience of studying and communing with insiders in an InsideOut class at SCI Lancaster and his interest in working with older adults developed during his time serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Village in the Ville. William is motivated by a desire to create more ethical, sustainable, and just communities built upon the principles of mutual aid and resisting the politics of disposability in whatever form they take. In his free time, William enjoys exploring greasy spoons, reading, and just generally having a silly goose time.

Brian received his Bachelor’s from the OSU College of Social Work in 2012.  In the time since then, he has worked primarily with the homeless population in Columbus and has served of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Coalition for the Homeless since 2017.  In his free time, he enjoys playing music or taking hikes with his partner and dog.

Louanne graduated from Capital University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) and attained her license to practice social work shortly after. While she has worked at the CRC since 2006, she was a founding staff member of the Kinship Care Program in 2007.

Louanne continues her work in the Kinship Care Program linking caregivers with the resources they need to raise the children they have included in their family. Louanne is also a member of the Ohio Grandparent/Kinship Coalition.

After years of working at the CRC, she feels every community needs a CRC and respects Kinship Families that save children!

Charlotte graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1990. Her first years in social work were spent in child welfare both in Philadelphia and then in Columbus.

She returned to social work at CRC in August of 2011 as a Kinship Care Outreach Worker after a long hiatus to raise her children.

Brenda Kauser, a Columbus native, joined CRC in May, 2012 as the Youth Services Coordinator. She has over 25 years experience working with children ages birth to teens. Her experiences include working for Early Head Start, Head Start, and Settlement House afterschool and summer programs. Brenda received her A.A. in Early Childhood Development with a pre-k teaching certificate from Columbus State Community College and a B.A. in Social Sciences with an Education concentration from Ashford University. She is passionate about advocating for quality children’s programming through affordable, accessible, and relevant professional development. Brenda carries out this mission by serving on the board of the Columbus Association for the Education of Young Children, the local affiliate for NAEYC. She enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Rock, two sons, one daughter –law, one future daughter –in –law, and two granddaughters. Brenda also enjoys traveling, swimming, Middle Eastern dancing, yoga, reading, and gardening – although, she admits that she is more of a planter than a gardener!
