CRC Description:

 
For over 50 years, CRC has been making a difference in the lives of neighbors. Many lives have been improved or sustained by the services CRC provides. CRC promotes self-sufficiency while respecting individual worth, rights, and dignity - creating a greater quality of life for everyone throughout the community. As needs emerge, the CRC responds.

Amongst several of CRC’s programs and services, CRC Family Services and Choice Food Pantry gives individuals and families in crisis resources they need. Resources include linkage to basic needs such as utilities, clothing, housing, healthcare and financial assistance through CRC’s Choice Food Pantry, Crisis Desk, and additional CRC Services and Programs. CRC’s Crisis Desk provides one-on-one short-term assistance with food insecurity, healthcare and housing barriers, linkage to utility assistance, counseling, and help with applications for benefits.

With collective community support, our Family Services Program can remain a constant in the lives of our neighbors experiencing crises. Not only are we raising funds for this important program, but we are raising awareness on the importance of collective community support.

Hey friends! A non-profit I love supporting has their August Ask campaign going on right now to raise $55,000 for their Family Services Program. The Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center is a grass-roots nonprofit that’s been serving neighbors in Clintonville and beyond for over 50 years. I’ve loved supporting CRC’s campaigns throughout the years because as a board member, I’ve been very grateful to hear about all of the ways our community is served through their programs and services, including their Family Services Program and Choice Food Pantry.
