CRC's August Ask Campaign is HERE! Throughout the whole month of August we are raising $48,168 to secure 50 full-days of operation for our CRC Choice Food Pantry.

Food security is an ongoing effort CRC strives to achieve for our neighbors amidst obstacles that continue to rise year after year. Despite these obstacles, we're inspired and excited to see all the ways CRC supporters get to show up for their neighbors in need!

There are MANY ways you can support CRC. Whether it's financial support, signing up for your very own fundraiser in a box, or visiting local businesses during a proceeds day ("Dine" and "Donate"), your participation makes a difference!

We are excited to debut our first-ever "fundraiser in a box" initiative. While we will happily accept donations throughout the month of August, we wanted to give YOU a chance to engage with friends, family members, and neighbors to raise awareness and funds towards our August Ask goal of $48,168.

1. Pick-Up your box

All throughout August, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm

2. Choose your own financial Goal

You are not required to raise a certain amount.  

Some suggested amounts could be the amount it takes to fund one full day for the food pantry ($963.36) or even a half day ($481.68). $481.68 might seem like a big goal to commit to. However, if you break down that goal and get 48 people to donate no more than $10, you're done!

***Whether your fundraiser in a box goal is a dollar, a whole day to fund the pantry, or more – your participation means everything to us!

3. Choose your own adventure

Every box is full of CRC information, ideas for inspiration, and some CRC swag to thank you for supporting our campaign in such a sweet way. THEN, venture off into your community (or digital platform) to support food security through CRC's Choice Food Pantry!

4. Join us at our Wrap-Up Event to celebrate!

At the end of the month on August 28, we will have a wrap up event where individuals and groups can drop off their box, do a live count of funds raised, and award the individual or group who raised the most money with a fun prize to be announced at the kick-off event:

CRC Parking Lot, 3222 N High St, 5pm - 7pm

Live counting and display of raised funds, free snacks, raffle for all attendees, AND prize announcement for whoever raised the most dollars!
